01 / Microsoft 365
More than buying a subscription.
Microsoft 365 can bring email, documents, meetings and shared information into a connected working environment. It can also become confusing when accounts are created ad hoc, files live in several places and nobody knows which subscription includes what.
CJ IT Support helps make the setup understandable. The work begins with how the team uses email, shares documents and moves between devices. The right design should support those habits while reducing unnecessary duplication and access risks.

Build a useful working arrangement.
Depending on your environment and agreed scope, work can include reviewing the existing setup, planning improvements and helping people use the chosen tools.
- Business accounts, mailboxes and shared-mailbox arrangements.
- A clear approach to OneDrive, SharePoint and team files.
- Teams and collaboration settings relevant to your work.
- Licence review, account ownership and administrative access.
03 / Microsoft 365
Choose features deliberately.
Microsoft 365 plans differ. Desktop applications, device management, security controls and other features are not identical across subscriptions. The service conversation identifies what you have, what you need and where a licence change would be required.
For a larger change, such as moving mailboxes or connecting a specialist application, we prepare a project plan with the systems involved, access required and checks afterwards. This gives the change its own clear outcome and cost.
04 / Microsoft 365
Make file ownership clearer.
A shared business document should not depend entirely on one person's personal folder. Equally, moving everything into a shared area without considering permissions can expose information unnecessarily. A review looks at ownership, access and the structure people can realistically maintain.
Training and short guidance can help the team understand where to save work and how to share it. A consistent working method is often more useful than introducing another application that solves the same problem.
05 / Microsoft 365
Include protection and recovery in the conversation.
Strong sign-in arrangements and appropriate administrative permissions help protect access. Separate backup may be needed for recoverable copies of business information. Built-in retention, synchronisation and recovery features should be understood rather than assumed to meet every need.
If a migration is required, the plan should cover what moves, what does not, the change window and checks afterwards. Existing suppliers and contract commitments are reviewed before new licences or services are ordered.

Your questions.
Can you review our current subscriptions?
Yes. Provide a non-sensitive summary of your setup first; authorised access and any changes are agreed as part of the work.
Will you move all our data?
Migration coverage, exclusions and testing are defined in a separate plan where required.
