A clear route for your information.

How CJ IT Support handles website browsing, cookies and links to the CJG contact service, and where to ask a question about your information.

Browsing and cookies.

You can read the website and use its navigation and guide search without providing personal details. These controls work within the page and do not create a saved profile of your interests.

This website currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not save referral identifiers. Your browser makes the ordinary page requests needed to display the website.

Making an enquiry.

Contact links open the CJG Portal at portal.chrystopherjames.group. You enter and send your enquiry there, under the Portal’s privacy information and procedures.

Include the information needed to explain your request. Keep passwords, recovery codes, payment details and private customer records out of the initial message. If working information is needed later, we can agree a suitable way to share it.

Other websites.

Links to other CJ services help you find the right kind of support. Each destination has its own website behaviour, accounts and privacy choices. Check its notice when using that service.

Questions about your information.
